Learn To Thrive Academy is a nontraditional private microschool program dedicated to supporting students with diverse academic, social, and emotional needs. We provide personalized, high-support educational programs for all learners, including students with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, and other learning differences. Through flexible, inclusive, and hands-on learning experiences, we help students build confidence, independence, and academic success in a nurturing environment. Our mission is to empower every child to learn, grow, and thrive without barriers while preparing them for lifelong success.

Kenyetta Russell, M.Ed
Kenyetta Russell is the Founder and Director of Learn To Thrive Academy with over 20 years of experience in public education and special education advocacy. A multi-year “Teacher of the Year” and 2024 VELA Grant recipient, she is passionate about creating inclusive, high-support learning environments for neurodiverse students and learners with academic challenges. Her mission is to provide personalized, holistic education where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Kenyetta continues to advocate for diverse learners through community partnerships, speaking engagements, and national organizations dedicated to special education and inclusion.
